This page covers forgeconnect.ca, the ForgeConnect marketing website. It does not cover the ForgeConnect platform itself, which is governed by the agreement between ForgeConnect and the dealership operating it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, dealership name and number of rooftops, along with your message. We also record the page you submitted from and your browser user-agent string, which help us understand how people reach us.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent or share what you send us with anyone.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation so a later message has context. That is the entire purpose.

Where it goes

• An email notification to info@forge1.ca, so a person sees it.
• A record in a database schema used only by this website, isolated from any dealership or customer data.

How long we keep it

For as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards as a business record. If you would rather we did not, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

Email info@forge1.ca to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action it and confirm.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Nothing here follows you to another website.

Changes

If this page changes materially we will say so here rather than quietly revising it.
