Built by people who worked the desk.
Everything in this platform exists because something went wrong in a real store and somebody decided it should never happen that way again.
Where this came from
ForgeConnect did not start as a software idea. It started as a list of the same problems showing up in store after store — leads arriving overnight and being read the next morning, approved deals sitting for two weeks on one missing pay stub, a follow-up policy everybody agreed with and nobody executed.
None of those are hard problems to understand. They are hard problems to solve, because solving them means something has to happen reliably on every single lead, at every hour, through every staffing gap, forever. That is not a training problem. It is a systems problem.
We build for Canadian stores specifically — Canadian Black Book values, OMVIC files, CASL consent, provincial licence formats. The details that a platform built for another market gets subtly wrong.
What we are good at
Conversation. Getting a machine to sound like a finance manager texting from a phone is the hardest part of this category, and it is where most of our work has gone — 8.9 million automotive sales conversations behind the model, and a doctrine written by people who have taken the objections in person.
Speed at the front of the funnel. First response, document collection, follow-up after silence. Three places where deals leak quietly, all fixed by things happening on time rather than when somebody remembers.
Making the invisible visible. Leads never contacted. Stips outstanding for eleven days. What your BDC actually said last Thursday. Most of what a store loses, it loses in places nobody is looking.
Come find the leak in your own store.
Fifteen minutes, three live demonstrations, and one honest conversation about what is actually costing you deals.
