Every conversation in your store gets reviewed. Every night.
Here is an uncomfortable question: do you actually know what your BDC says to customers? Not the ones you spot-check. All of them.
Nightly
every thread with new activity is read and scored
Two reports
one on the conversation, one on the customer
Monday 7am
management digest lands in the inbox
Two separate reports, on purpose
Every night, every conversation with new activity gets read and scored. The scoring is deliberately split in two, because the quality of the conversation and the quality of the customer are different questions and blending them hides both.
- On the conversation
- Did it sound human or did it sound like software? Did it follow your rules, or did somebody quote a rate, promise an approval, or name a vehicle they should not have? Did it move toward a booked appointment, or just chat? Were objections handled or dodged?
- On the customer
- How serious are they? How urgent? How likely to close? How likely to ghost you? Scored completely separately, with the scorer told to ignore how well the conversation was handled.
Outcomes, not vibes
Each thread is classified into a real outcome — booked, documents received, active, stalled, lost, or opted out — so a manager can see the shape of the pipeline without reading a single transcript.
Every Monday morning, management gets a summary in their inbox.
You stop guessing which leads deserve a phone call from your best closer. And you find out about a compliance problem the night it happens, not when it becomes a complaint.
The things dealers ask first.
- Does this review conversations my staff had, or only the AI ones?
- Every thread with new activity, regardless of who sent the messages. That is the point — spot-checking a handful tells you nothing about the other ninety.
- What does management actually receive?
- A weekly digest every Monday morning, plus the per-conversation and per-lead scores available any time inside the platform.
- Can it catch a compliance problem?
- Yes. Rule compliance is one of the scored dimensions — a quoted rate, a promised approval, an inventory promise or an in-person offer all cut the score sharply and surface the same night.
AI Sales Specialist
The moment a lead arrives — from your website, a lead provider, Marketplace, or a walk-up — it gets a text message.
Management Analytics
Speed, engagement, outcomes, and when your customers are actually on their phones — measured from your own message history, not an industry average.
Compliance
Not a promise that you are compliant — a record you can hand over, on the day it is requested.
