A customer texts a photo — and the file starts verifying itself.

This is the single biggest time-saver in the platform, and the one people underestimate until they watch it happen.

Seconds

from texted photo to filed and checked

Zero clicks

nobody on your team touches it

Cumulative

a licence today and a pay stub tomorrow accrue

What happens in those few seconds

A customer texts in a photo. Without anyone touching it, the system does all of this:

  • Works out what the photo actually is — licence, pay stub, bank statement, a photo of the customer, or a picture of their trade.
  • Files it in the right place on the deal.
  • Checks whether the customer has now sent everything you asked for.
  • Updates the deal status so nobody chases a customer for something you already have.
  • If it was a driver licence, runs an identity check on it automatically.

Nobody clicks anything. Your finance manager just sees the deal move forward — and the next message out already knows the documents arrived, so it thanks them and moves on instead of asking again.

It accrues, it does not overwrite

The check runs cumulatively across everything that customer has ever sent. A licence today and a pay stub tomorrow add up, rather than the second one replacing the first. That is what lets the deal status actually be trusted.

Formats that cannot be read are stored rather than silently dropped, so nothing a customer sends you disappears.

The things dealers ask first.

What kinds of documents does it recognise?
Driver licences, pay stubs, bank statements, photos of the customer, and photos of a trade-in vehicle. Anything else is stored on the deal rather than misfiled.
Does my finance manager have to do anything?
No. The classification, filing, outstanding-document check and status update all happen without a click. Your team sees the result, not the work.
What if the photo is unreadable?
It is stored on the deal and flagged rather than guessed at. For identity documents specifically, an unreadable image can never produce a pass.
