Nexus is live
Nexus automates the supported sales and finance journey—from the first hello through vehicle selection, lender decisions and completed signatures. SMS, voice, email and a secure portal share one deal record that carries the dealership into funding and delivery.
Partner Dealerships
Two ways to partner with Nexus:
Choose an upfront payment arrangement for your dealership.
Partner through profit sharing on vehicles sold through Nexus.
The AI handles sales and finance through completed signatures on supported paths. Customers make their own choices, lenders make their own decisions, and unsupported requirements place the deal on hold.

One deal, every conversation
A customer can switch channels without repeating their story or losing the current offer.
Keep short questions, updates and reminders moving in the customer’s own time.
Talk through choices and questions while keeping the same deal history.
Send clear summaries, next steps and document notices without starting over.
Collect sensitive details, show the current offer and complete consent and signing.
One versioned record carries the customer’s answers, vehicle, lender decision, deal numbers, documents and open questions through every step.
From start to finish
Vehicle-first and credit-first customers can enter differently. Both paths meet at the same final deal and signing checks.
The customer chooses the program and signs its separate entry agreement before AI sales or finance begins.
Nexus identifies the store and customer, creates one deal workspace and starts the conversation.
It learns the vehicle need, timing, budget, down payment and trade details.
It gathers and confirms the credit application, including a co-applicant when chosen and separately enrolled.
It collects identity, income and other required evidence, then resolves missing or conflicting information.
It requests eligible lender decisions and finds a usable path or a supported restructure.
It matches real inventory to the customer’s needs and confirmed finance limits, then checks availability.
It calculates vehicle price, trade, fees, taxes, products, lender terms and payment as one versioned deal.
It explains the numbers, answers objections and offers eligible protection within the store’s rules.
It confirms that the lender decision and conditions support the exact final deal.
It builds and checks the correct package against the accepted deal and required signers.
It guides every required signer, confirms completion and archives final documents and the audit record.
Only after completed finance signing does the finished file reach the team for funding and delivery.
The dealership completes funding, prepares the vehicle and hands the keys to the buyer.
No per-deal staff approval or intervention comes before this point. Finance signing is separate from funding and delivery.
A full finance desk
Every offer is tied to real inventory, current lender evidence, customer choices and dealership policy.
Vehicle options respect availability, reservations, customer preferences and lender limits. Trade values and lien payoffs must be supported before they enter a final deal.
Price, discounts, trade equity, cash down, fees, taxes, optional products, rate, term, payment and total repayment stay connected in one deal version.
Calculations and lender results supply the figures. A changed vehicle, price, product or term triggers a fresh check before the offer moves forward.
The store sets price floors, discounts, product eligibility and margins in advance. Nexus can present feasible alternatives within those boundaries.
The AI requests required evidence, delivers it through supported paths and confirms lender acceptance. An upload alone is never treated as an approval.
Eligible protection options appear with actual price, coverage and terms. The base deal remains clear, and customers explicitly accept or decline each choice.
Compliance throughout
Nexus keeps consent, financing, disclosures and signed documents aligned with the actual deal.
A signed AI-only program agreement starts the path. Credit authorization and final offer acceptance remain separate customer decisions.
Communication consent is recorded for each channel. A stop request or withdrawal ends automated outreach and is retained in the deal history.
Every channel and specialist works from the same customer, application, offer and document history. Material changes invalidate outdated decisions and paperwork.
Rates, payments, lender decisions and product prices are explained only from current, verified results.
Unclear images, income differences and missing lender requirements are corrected or held. A scan by itself is not an identity decision.
The final package must match the accepted offer and lender confirmation. Every signer, document and audit record is checked before completion.
Unsupported manual requirements, unresolved mismatches, withdrawn consent and expired offers pause or end the autonomous path rather than become false completions.
Nexus can request a correction, find another feasible option or stop. An incomplete, withdrawn or unsupported file is never counted as an autonomous completion.
